as follows, to -wit; considering the West line of said Northwest 1/4 as bearing N00^22'00"E and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point which bears S00^22'00"W
550.50 feet, and again S89^38100"E 30.00 feet from the Northwest Corner of said Section 20, and run thence along the
South right-of-way line of Midpoint Drive, S89A3810011E 282.97 feet, and again along the arc of a 676.87 foot radius
curve to the right a distance of 277.62 feet, the long chord of which bears S77^53'00"E 275.68 feet, and again along the
arc of a 797.50 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 12.99 feet, the long chord of which bears S66^36'00"E 12.99
feet; thence S00^22'00"W 582.14 feet; thence S50^10'00"E 209.10 feet; thence S89A52'00"W 134.71 feet; thence
S34^46'30"E 50.75 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of the Colorado and Southern Railroad; thence
along said Northerly right-of-way line, N50^10'00"W 282.07 feet, and again along the arc of a 5679.65 feet or radius
curve to the right a distance of 148.69 feet, the long chord of which bears N49^25'00"W 148.69 feet, and again along
the arc of a 2814.93 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 410.67 feet, the long chord of which bears N44^29' 16"W
410.40 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of Timberline road; thence along said East right-of-way line,
N00^22'00"E 252.72 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.9887 acres, more or less.
