[12/19/08] No issues.
This just came in from Tom McCormick of Platte River Power Authority:
Mike Dahl, who you will be meeting with tomorrow on another issue, is waiting on
our general manager to get back from a business trip this week. Mike most likely
will be the one to sign the easement declaration assuming our attorney approves of
the wording. The other issues have been addressed to our satisfaction with regards
to tress, street lights, etc. and do not represent any problems based on the drawings
re -submitted.
You and Mike can discuss this tomorrow on timing and whatever else is needed. Let
me know if you have any questions.

[ 1/9%09] Please provide a manufacturer's design and/or recommendation for the scour stop.
The manufacturer offers this service for free and we want to make sure this is built correctly
during the trial period for this product.
[11/19/081 Please provide a design & detail for the scourstop pad per manufacturer's
recommendation. Also, please use the scourstop all the way to the drainage pan and remove
the rip -rap at the bottom. This area will not withstand the velocity proposed and the 6-inches
of topsoil over the rip -rap will likely wash away.
