Attached are revisions to Riverhead Project Development Plans, revised in response to City staff and
agency review comments dated December 2, 2002_ The comments made and revisions requested on the
PDP have been addressed as follows:
1. We have received approval from the natural resources advisory board for the off -site easements in
the natural area and have been approved on first reading in front of city council on April 1, 2003,
and passed on second reading on April 15, 2003, and is in the process of being recorded.
2. Specific engineering comments regarding landscaping with the island in the private drive. This is
an island in a private drive, not a public right of way, therefore the drainage facility requirements
do not apply, nor do the sight distance requirements. This is clearly stated in Appendix C that the
median landscape standards only apply to medians within public rights of way. Irrigation will be
provided to the island as required for the project as a whole.
3. I would request that this PDP be scheduled for hearing as soon as is reasonably feasible.
