Steve,
I'm expecting the Centerpoint Plaza, phase 2 of lot 1 ( #35-01C) final development plans will be ready for
submittal by the end of next week. Please send me a submittal checklist with your requirements for the
submittal.
We had previously submitted the soils report - do you need this resubmitted?
The checklist includes an updated TIA. Will I need to include a letter from our traffic engineer stating
there has been no change in conditions or is the May 2007 TIA recent enough to not require an update?
Please include the number of copies you will need of our offsite easement agreement.
Finally, please confirm the submittal fees have not changed, with $1000 for the Development Review Fee
and $1000 for the Transportation Development Review fee.

Please note the submittal requirements for the Centerpoint Plaza, Phase 2 of Lot 1 - Final Plan review:
" 15 Site Plans
" 13 Landscape Plans
5 Building Elevations
' 13 subdivision plats
" 10 utility plan sets
4 drainage reports
" Off -site easements - if / as necessary
The ladies at the Development Review Center counter will have a Final Plan Routing Sheet available
when you bring the documentation in (please schedule an appointment - 416-2740). The standard
$1,000.00 development review fee (Planning) and $1,000.00 Transportation Development Review Fee will
apply.
We can schedule you for a 3-week initial round of Final Plan review in lieu of the standard 4 weeks

I will be out of the office all day tomorrow - Ben Guffey and Jade Miller will be printing our Centerpoint
Plaza final development plan submittal tomorrow. Please group reply back with the required number of
copies for this Wednesday's submittal. I am assuming we do not need to resubmit the soils report, I have
assumed we will provide a traffic update memo.
