Dear Resident:
On Thursday, September 6, 2007, at 5:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter
as possible), in the Community Room at 215 North Mason Street*, Fort
Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer will conduct an
Administrative Public Hearing to consider a development proposal in
your neighborhood. A decision on the proposal will result from this
public hearing. Please access the Community Room by the door at the
north end of the building adjacent to the parking lot.
This is a commercial project known as the Centerpoint Plaza (2nd
Building) - Project Development Plan (File #35-01C). This request is
Phase 2 of Lot 1 of the Centerpoint Plaza, Project Development Plan
(PDP). The request is for 48,000 square feet of leasable floor area in one
2.5-story building, with parking, on the southerly portion of Lot 1. The
building will be up to 40 feet in height.
This proposed project is located at the southeast corner of South
Timberline Road and Midpoint Drive, just south of the existing office
building. Proposed access to the development site is from Midpoint Drive.
The property is zoned E, Employment.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived
from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental
situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please
feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors
may have the opportunity to attend.
