1 am working to gain approval to proceed with public hearing on the Centerpoint Plaza Replat PDP. We received
comments from our initial submittal on June 5, 2007. Jim Allen -Morley told me that engineering would approve the
plans once a letter of intent was received from the adjacent land owner for an access, emergency access and utility
easement.
Please review the attached letter of intent and give me a call or email to confirm if it meets your requirements. If it
does, I will schedule a review with Steve to verify the changes he requested meet his requirements so that we can
proceed with our hearing.
