Don,
No, we do not have a standard form for a Letter of Intent and it does not have to be prepared by an
attorney (correct me if I'm wrong, Sheri). It just needs to be from the affected property owner and clearly
indicate that they know what is being requested and will grant the necessary easement at time of Final
Plan review.

Does the city have a standard form for the letter of intent to grant and
easement? I know that some jurisdictions have a form, others require an
attorney to draw one up. This is in response to the need for additional
utility/emergency access/drive access for Centerpoint Plaza.
