01/06/2015: System Modification charges may apply if an existing transformer needs to be resized to
service load. The existing transformer is an open delta bank and we will need to discuss existing
services and new service voltage requirements to be sure we can utilize this configuration otherwise a
new transformer may need to be installed eliminating the existing open delta bank.

the grass." For future reference, this is not correct; gravel has a runoff coefficient of 0.5 while the runoff
coefficient for grass ranges from 0.1-0.35.
