This is a commercial project known as the Centerpoint Plaza, Building A - Major Amendment. The request is for 21,822 square feet of leasable floor area in one 3-story building on 0.8 acre, being Phase 1 of Lot 1 of the Centerpoint Plaza, Project Development Plan (PDP). The building will be up to 40 feet in height. On the originally approved Centerpoint Plaza, PDP this building was to be one story high and contain about 7,500 square feet of floor area. This proposed project is located at the southeast corner of Timberline Road and Midpoint Drive. Proposed access to the development site is from Midpoint Drive. The property is zoned E, Employment in the City's Land Use Code. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
