I have spoken with the city forester, regarding the trees shown on the plan, and he indicated these are acceptable. #14 Site plan has been revised, per all comments. The building envelope encompasses the entire building, including roof overhang, and exterior stairs, and the building envelope has been moved so it doesn't encroach into any easements. Engineering #7 See response to #14 above. #8 Easements are now shown on site plan. #9 See Response #14 above: #10 The Plaza areas and retaining walls have been removed. Zoning #1 Handicap parking space has been increased in size to allow for Van Accessible parking. #2 See Response #14 above. #3 See Response #12 above. #4 The plant notes have been updated.
