Water Quality issue 20
Actions —
1. Per Bob Meserve of The Neenan Company's conversation with Kevin McBride,
the school is electing to not provide it. The only new drainage is roof water,
which is of low water quality concern. In addition, the lot is very flat and the
new roof drainage will drain across 150' of very porous sodded area before it
would reach the street. No other facilities in the park currently provide the
requested water quality ponds.
2. The capacity of the curb along the west side of Sharp Point Drive is adequate
and no outfall is required by this project to convey water offsite. No easement
will be obtained form Natural Resources as a result of this discussion.
Transportation Planning issue 10
Actions —
1. The school addition will not provide for an increase of students, their enrollment
is capped by agreement with the school district. Current evening performances

RE: Liberty Common School Addition Site Plan
Thank you very much for organizing the short notice meeting yesterday. The following
is my recap of the actions based on the discussion.
Planning issue 22
Actions —
1. We have added two additional trees and a shrub bed at the east corner of the
addition. We have also done the same at the west corner of the addition. These are
shown conceptually on the colored site plan for planning commission review.
2. We have not added any trees along Sharp Point Dr.
3. We have not added any trees outside the fence facing Sharp Point Dr. as there is
not adequate space to do so.
4. The school desires to not invest dollars in this area south and east of the building
as they are currently exploring drop off / pick up solutions, which may affect this
area.
Engineering issue 12
Actions —
1. We will revise the legal description on the engineering drawings.
Engineering issue 13
Actions —
1. This request is not desired by the school at this time as they own the lots south of
the existing school property and are pursuing a master plan to install soccer fields
in this area as they improve their student drop off / pick up solutions.
Engineering issue 14
Actions —
1. We will have no culvert or Swale conveying water into the ROW based on other
conversations. We will need to get a street cut permit in order to do the site dirt
work.
Engineering issue 15
Actions —
1. With the deletion of the detention and water quality ponds we will not need any
easement dedication.
Engineering issue 16
Actions —
1. We will update the erosion control plans without the color. The other engineering
drawings will be as requested in your comments.
