Since these comments are of minor importance, we are now ready for mylars. Department: Transportation Planning Issue Contact: Tom Reiff Topic: Site and Landscape 24 (Repeat comment 3-5-02) Install a 5 foot attached walkway along the eastern edge of the property parallel to the private drive and connects to the sideway in front of the southern parking spaces (see site plan red lines). The sidewalk is necessary to provide pedestrian connectivity internal to all uses within the center and to provide safe access to businesses from surrounding residences. These will need to be received in final format with filing fees prior to acceptance of the mylars for signature by the City. 72 Add to the legend on sheet 6 that the diagonally hatched areas are' areas where easements are to be provided by separate document' or some language to that effect. 73 Sheet 4, 5, 6, 7, 9. Remove building envelope label. The plat does not define the area outside of the easements as the building envelope. In fact there are no notes on the plat regarding the building envelope or its boundaries.
