General
33. Parking stall widths and depths have been labeled.
35. A striped area has been added adjacent to the parking stall.
36. The perimeter fence has been placed two feet behind the sidewalk and two feet
behind the curb. The two -foot wide strip will contain rock mulch.
Site and Landscape:
25. The majority of the play yard inside the 4' high fence will be turf. A small area in
between the sidewalks will be a soft play surface.
26. The 3' metal chase is shown on all of the plans.
Transportation Planning Comments:
24. Please see Alternative Compliance letter regarding this issue.

13. Most of the play areas will be turf. One area is indicated on the plans as "Fibar
play surface", a soft bark -like material that State regulations require underneath
a play structure.

Zoning Department Comments:
General
11. Topo lines have been removed from the site plan.
12. The building dimensions have been labeled, including the covered entries.
13. Distance has been added from the building to the property line.
14. The drive aisle is 24' wide and is dimensioned.
15. The standard parking spaces are 17' deep and 9' wide typically.
16. Gates have been added to the trash enclosure.
17. Handicap stall dimensions have been added.
18. A dimension has been added to the plan.
19. Additional trees have been added to the east side of the building.
20. Shrubs have been added along the parking lot frontage for screening. The
existing gas line prohibits placing any trees in that area.
21. We have placed additional trees to satisfy this requirement.
22. Individual shrubs have been added and labeled.

4. Dimensions have been added to the parking lot as requested. All parking stalls
are 17' deep.
5. The drainage will be piped under the raised sidewalk. See Utility Plans.
6. Transfort bus stops have been added to the site plan.
7. The PDP is measured by the number of employees for the new facility, which is
estimated to be approximately 21 x 2 spaces per 3 employees. = 14 spaces
minimum.
8. The site distance easement is exactly the same as the 8' wide utility easement.
The gas line is located approx. 3' behind the sidewalk. Any trees in that area
would be prohibited, therefore we have placed shrubs only on the landscape
plan.
9. The street trees have been added.
10. All of the shrub beds have been identified with plant labels and shrub symbols.
The shrubs along the Richmond Drive frontage will match those along the
existing parking lot.
