Topic: Plat 15 Repeat Comment: Provide a utility easement which measures 10 feet in width from the existing sanitary sewer on the proposed lot 2 Topic: Utility 18 Indicate the size of the proposed sanitary sewer service. See attached development agreement information sheet to be filled out by owner and returned to Engineer/Development Review.
