Therefore, the maximum floor area of all existign buildings on Lot 1 can't exceed 2500 sf. If the setback or lot area/floor area ratio standards are not met, then the replat would be creating a nonconformity, and can't be approved. Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit. In order to determine the exact location for this easement, Light & Power will need a site plan showing ail existing and proposed structures on both lots.
