MOUNTAIN AVENUE (MOTHERSHIP SUBDIVISION) REPLAT - PDP - 4-02 - SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS - ROUND 1 - PROJECT NARRATIVEJanuary 23, 2002 To Whom It May Concern: We are writing a quick description of what we are intending to do, hopefully to help expedite your process. We would like to divide our 11,000 sq.ft. lot into two separate lots. The lot facing Mountain Ave. will have 5000 sq.ft. with an existing 2343 sq.ft. single family dwelling. And the second lot will have the remaining 6000 sq.ft. The Legal Description reads: the East 55 feet of Lots 5 and 6, Block 71, and for 103 years, it has been referred to, as two lots. However, to obtain financing from the bank to build a carriage house on the back of the second lot, we found out that at some point in time it lost it's dual lot status.
