This submittal was received between the monthly meetings scheduled with CDOT. Our next
meeting is the 21st of November. The utility drawings will be submitted for CDOTs review at
that time and the resulting redlines and comments will be returned on the 22nd. All
remaining comments can be addressed with the mylar submittal. A CDOT permit,
excavation permit, and DA will be required.

The 6" fire sprinkler line shall not be installed under the parking lot or under the building.
See Utility Plans sheet C5.
If this sprinkler supply goes through a structure, it shall be property protected from freezing
and any other damage in accordance with the appropriate NFPA standard for the installation
of underground fire service mains.

The fire hydrant detail shown does not meet the City Standard nor the PFA standard. If this
is for "blow off" purposes only, then another appertenance shall be utilized to prevent any
confusion as to the purpose of the hydrant. See Utility Plans C6 for hydrant detail
