Our next meeting is the 21st of November. The utility drawings will be submitted for CDOTs review at that time and the resulting redlines and comments will be returned on the 22nd. All remaining comments can be addressed with the mylar submittal. A CDOT permit, excavation permit, and DA will be required. Department: PFA Issue Contact: Ron Gonzales Topic: General 24 WATER SUPPLY A fire hydrant is required to be within 300 ft. of the building, and shall deliver 1500 gpm @ 20 psi, 25 ADDRESS The building address is required to be visible from the street on which the property fronts, minimum 8 inch numerals to be posted on a contrasting background 26 FIRE SPRINKLERS This facility is required to be fire sprinklered (due to # of units). 27 VENTILATION SYSTEM A ventilation and smoke removal system shall be installed for the underground parking lot in accordance with 97UBC. The aerial photo may be omitted from this page. A signature block for the Current Planning Director and property owner will need to be included on this page. The site data, title, and narrative are included as well. The final mylar set will need to include the cover page, site plan. landscape plan and building elevations. 106 The bike rack shown in front of the building has been removed from this latest submittal. This will need to be included on the site plan. Department: Engineering Issue Contact: Susan Joy Topic: Utility Plans 64 5/21/02: Show how much of the existing driveway cut is being removed and replaced and add the Street Cut Note: Limits of street cut are approximate. Final limits are to be determined in the field by the City Engineering Inspector. All repairs to be in accordance with City street repair standards. Show how the proposed curb and gutter ties into the existing and what exactly you are removing/replacing.
