This submittal was received between the monthly meetings scheduled with CDOT. Our next meeting is the
21st of November. The utility drawings will be submitted for CDOTs review at that time and the resulting
redlines and comments will be returned on the 22nd. All remaining comments can be addressed with the
mylar submittal. A CDOT permit, excavation permit, and DA will be required.

The Tree Protection Specifications can be found under 3.2.1(G) of the Land Use Code. These Specifications
will need to be communicated on Construction Drawings and Landscape Plans as notes, drawings, detail
and possibly elevations to clearly communicate how the existing trees will be preserved.

If this sprinkler supply goes through a structure, it shall be properly protected from freezing and any other

Cut Note:
Limits of street cut are approximate. Final limits are to be determined in the field by the City Engineering
Inspector. All repairs to be in accordance with City street repair standards.
Show how the proposed curb and gutter ties into the existing and what exactly you are removing/replacing.
Define the limits of construction by shading or hatching in the approximate area of removals.
