After discussions with Tom Reiff and Randy Hensley, the handicap spaces have been
redimensioned per requirements of ADA and the city to 8' and 5'. The ramp has been
placed between the two spaces.
83
The handicap spaces have been relocated away from the column.
84
The bike rack has been removed from the area of the fountain. The fountain has been
deleted as a result of instituting tree mitigation policies, and at the request of the police
department. This area now will be used as special occasion sidewalk sales. The bike rack
at the stairs has been redesigned to city standards, providing for 2 bicycles with city
required space and access around it. The two spaces meet the city's requirement of 5% of
the number of parking spaces.
