The following comments were expressed at Staff Review on March 6, 2002:
A Vicinity Map is needed on the subdivision plat.
2. What is the relationship of Tract A to Lot 9?
3. Excel Energy indicated that if there are no existing buildings and no existing
gas lines then they do not have any concerns. If existing lines are present
Excel Energy may need easements or the owner/developer will be
responsible for the costs of cutting off, rerouting, or relocating gas lines.
4. Technical Services offered the following comments:
a. The property boundary closes.
b. The subdivision plat needs a note vacating existing easements and re-
dedicating as shown.
C. It would help if this subdivision plat showed Tract A in relation to Lot 9
and this replat.
This item has been scheduled for an administrative public hearing (for a
decision on the replat) on Wednesday, March 27, 2002, at 3:00 p.m. at 281
North College Avenue. All outstanding issues at the time of the public hearing will
have to be addressed and resolved before the subdivision plat can be recorded in
the City and Larimer County.
