On Wednesday, March 27, 2002, at 3:00 p.m. (or as soon as possible thereafter), in the
conference room of the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department, 281 North
College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., 80524", the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing
Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is known as Replat of Lots 7 & 8, the Corral Business Park,
First Filing, File #6-02.
This is a request to replat Lots 7 & 8 of the Corral Business Park, First Filing. The
purpose of the replat is to reorient the two lots in a north — south direction to be
consistent with the buildings. The lots are on the south side of Smokey Street and are
in the C — Commercial Zoning District.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
