Collins, CO 80524 Subject: Replat Lots 7 & 8 (301 & 307 Smokey Street) The Corral Business Park Please see the attached application form for the Current Planning Department. The application being submitted today is to do a replat of the subdivision that recognizes changes made from a minor amendment approved in 1998. The City approved a minor amendment in 1998 for Sunmill Investments, LLP to reorient lots 7 & 8 of The Corral Business Park. Attached, also, please find a copy of the minor amendment approved in 1998. Sunmill has already built one of two buildings planned for the reoriented lots 7 & 8. The first building is a 9,000 sq.ft. building on lot 7, which is 301 Smokey Street. The replat needs to be done so that the plat recorded with Larimer County and on file with the City of Fort Collins reflects the actual site usage allowed by the minor amendment approved in 1998.
