Laurel Replat Type I (LUC) 1"=300' Commu,._.y Planning and Environmental -vices Current Planning City of Fort Collins April 9, 2002 Dear Resident: On Wednesday, April 24, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon as possible thereafter), in the City Council Chambers of the City of Fort Collins, City Hall West, 300 Laporte Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., 80524`, the City of Fort Collins Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as 651 Whedbee/420 East Laurel Replat, File #8-02. This is a request to replat the south 50 feet of Lot 1, Block 156, City of Fort Collins into two lots. The two lots will range in size from 4,295 sq.ft. to 5205 sq.ft. in area. If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing you will have the opportunity to hear from the City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given the opportunity to state your views about the project. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
