HomeMy WebLinkAboutB.U.H. SUBDIVISION (651 WHEDBEE & 420 E. LAUREL) REPLAT - PDP/FDP - 8-02 - CORRESPONDENCE -so no "development' changes are proposed. The only problem I see is that the name of the plat on the
submitted sheet needs to reflect that this is a replat of part of lot 1, Block 156.
This item may be scheduled for an administrative hearing. A tentative date has been set for
April 18, 2002. A revised plat will need to be submitted prior to this hearing. Be sure and
return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit.
If you have any questions regarding these issues or any other issues related to this project,
please feel free to call me at (970) 221-6750.
