The site plan does not show any landscaping or fencing. Need to see these items to determine if they are in
compliance with the child care center regulations in article 3.8.4

How many children will there be in the center. What is the interior square footage/area for the child care center. How
much of the yard is dedicated to outside play areas?

With minor revisions to the site plan, as noted above, the application is ready to be
scheduled for consideration by the Planning and Zoning Board. If you let me know when you
anticipate submitting revised drawings, this item can be scheduled to coincide with the
resubmitted information.
