Answers to your phoned questions:
The "tallest" portions of the building are the 2 story classrooms on the north and
the Gym on the south. If you are standing on the north, the building is 36 feet
tall, if you are standing on the south the Gym is 42 feet tall. However, due to the
sloping site, the top of the parapets are identical (same actual elevation)!
The parking count is higher than Ft. Collins HS. This was done to help elevate the
problem of the lack of parking causing students to park in the surrounding
neighborhoods. If I lived nearby, I'd appreciate that.
I have asked BHA to calculate the acreage for the athletic fields.
