Import Auto Sales, Towing and Storage wants to store vehicles on Lots 7 & 8,
Block 4, Replat No 1, Evergreen Park. The Lots will be fenced in and recycled asphalt
will be placed on a major portion of the site. The rest of the site will be a detention pond.
The construction plans address the required landscaping and access to meet the City of
Fort Collins' requirements.
The owners of both Lots are Randolph S. Milan and Debra A. Milan.
