Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, May 29, 2002, at 4:00 p.m., at 281 North College Avenue,
Conference Room A, the City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer will conduct an
administrative public hearing for the consideration of a development proposal in
your neighborhood. The project is known as 619 Whedbee Street Replat, File
#16-02.
This is a request to subdivide the existing lot at 619 Whedbee Street into two
lots. The two new lots will each have a lot area of 5,035 sq.ft. The property is
zoned NCM — Neighborhood Conservation Medium Density Zone District.
The affected property owners list for this project was derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting, so all may have the opportunity to attend.
