11) BHA to show a plastic liner where bioswales meet asphalt.
12) Tom and BHA to review all grading / drainage around the ball fields, tennis courts, etc.
13) Baseball field: Nolte to relocate the inlet away from the field.
14) Nolte and BHA to work out the drainage at the track and soccer field. Track surface to
drain at 1%.
15) BHA to review soils report information for percolation rates at potential drywells.
16) The wet well north of the school needs to be raised slightly in order to keep the wetlands
area wet.
17) Provide an area drain near the amphitheater.
18) Tom to provide several site cross -sections for review.
19) Nolte to add french drains around fields where there is potential for ponding.
20) All sidewalks to slope at 5% or less.
21) BHA needs a current plan showing all exterior doors and patios. Also, current exterior
elevations.
22) RB+B to layout the staff patio and get it to BHA. BHA to study shadows in that area.
23) BHA will be at RB+B on Thursday morning (9 am) to review courtyard / entry designs.

Nolte Civil Engineers
1) PSD's Gary Hood has asked if there will be any sound systems and/or score boards at the
playing fields. Corky to follow up.
2) The northeast parking lot will be shown with Gravel Pave as a bid alternate.
3) If Green Roofs are shown, we will need irrigation. BHA to specify the soils and plant
materials.
4) Bid package #1 (overlot grading) will include the pond, the pump house (complete),
connection(s) to the Elementary School and park site, and sleeves under the drive(s), in .
addition to civil items. Aqua will get the size requirements for the pump house to RB+B.
5) Darren wanted to know if PSD has responded to his list of questions. Corky will contact
John Little.
6) Tom reported that Ziegler Road has not been installed per City plans. He is working with
CFC to resolve. This issue will not delay his submittal to the City.
7) Nolte and MKK to coordinate roof drain leader locations.
8) Parking lots will be used as minor detention at the bioswales, in order to reduce the pipe
size (down to 36" diameter) and volume rate at the pond. Tom will look at draining the
west student parking lot into a wetlands area just south of the drive.
9) Tom to revise the low spots in the bioswales to keep them away from sidewalks. Show a
pipe under the sidewalk connecting the two bioswale areas.
10) George, Bruce and Tom reviewed the berming between the parking lots and the drive.
Additional work is needed. Berms should be 3 to 4 feet above the curb.
