The proposed project is commonly known as the Caribou Apartments Project Development Plan, File #18-02A. This is a request for a 193 unit multi -family residential project on 10.8 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Timberline Road and Caribou Drive. The residential units will be distributed amongst six multi -family buildings. A clubhouse building and several garage buildings are included within the site plan. The property is zoned E — Employment. The City of Fort Collins Planning Staff considers your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
