1) Plat language has been updated.
2) Street Right of Ways have been labeled
3) Land use table has been removed
4) Vacation note has been changed
5) Natural Resources Buffer line has been darkened
6) The southern portion of Timberline may not have been dedicated. The title
company did not find any record indicating that it has been dedicated. Idowever,
the developers do not own to the centerline of Timberline and therefore cannot
dedicate any more right of way than what they are already dedicating.
Responses to Revision Comment Sheet:
1) The fact that the dimension on the West side of the Subdivision is not the same as
the adjoining plat is not of concern. The title work describes the property as a
mets and bounds with a distance that does not match. If the bearings were
different then we would have a real problem.
2) Items 2,3 & 5 from July 17`l' comments: Plat title has been revised, the driveway
easement will be going away when the property changes owners, this is noted in
the title work and Easement to the City-Bookl977, Page 539 is shown in the
lower right hand corner of the subdivision.
Unless I am mistaken this should take care of all the current issues on the plat. If you
