The project is referred to as Boxelder Sanitation District Subdivision, #23-02. This is a request by the Boxelder Sanitation District to subdivide a 2.06 acre parcel for the purpose of constructing a new maintenance building for vehicles and equipment. The building would contain approximately 5,300 square feet and achieve a height of 26 feet. A portion of the building would feature second story office space. The parcel is located approximately 1,500 ft west of the 1-25 Highway Frontage Road and one mile south of Prospect Road. The subdivision would be a component of the Boxelder Sanitation District's operations facility. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
