t. There are notes but no BMP's shown on the plan.
2. Your report still states that " ... The foundation will be installed prior to overlot grading for erosion
control." I still don't understand.

Update all the old details to the new details. Provide details 701, 707, 708, 710, 1601, 1602, 1606, and the
Greeley detail for the truncated domes now required for all access ramps. See attached.
6/27/3: Repeat comment but do not include the Greeley detail. The City has determined that they will use
our standard detail until further notice.
8/21 /3: All details have been added to the detail sheet, however, the ped ramps on Mason are not
designed in accordance with 707 and 1606. All plan sets (landscape, site, and utility) need to be revised to
show the ramps correctly. Also, the transition from the sidewalk to the ramp on the south end of the property
needs to be widened as shown on the redlines to allow people room to maneuver. As shown, the ramp
hangs off to the side of the sidewalk, making it difficult for people to access (especially those in wheelchairs).
See redlines.

Sheet 2 - The manhole is located too close to the pedestrian access ramp in the NW corner. How will this
work?
8/21 /3: Your response is acknowledged. Please provide a note stating requiring that the placement of the
manhole will not interfere with either the pedestrian access ramp or the curb and gutter.

Topic: Drainage
Number: 31 Created: 3/14/2003
Drainage easements are required for both detention ponds and both storm sewers. An off -site drainage
easement is required for the storm sewer that is on the property to the south, as well as a temporary
construction easement. Repeat Comment 6/25/03 - Reminder for final plan approval. 8/26/03 - Will remove
comment after easements are received.
