The project is known as Mail Creek Subdivision, File #21-02 (Previously known as Harmony Park Subdivision). The original hearing that had been scheduled for this project on August 26, 2002 was cancelled, and was subsequently rescheduled to the above time and place. This is a request to create a 2 lot subdivision for the property at 309 West Harmony Road. Lot One is 18,184 square feet, and Lot Two is 64,829 square feet. Each lot already has an existing building, however no new buildings are being proposed as part of this application. The property is zoned C — Commercial. The property is located just west of the Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way on the south side of Harmony Road, just across the railroad tracks from the Arbor Plaza. If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing you will have the opportunity to hear from the City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given the opportunity to state your views about the project. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
