The project is ready for hearing. We have received the mailing labels, and only need to coordinate with Dr.
White's availability before we finalize the time. The hearing will be conducted in the conference room at 281
North College Avenue. After the hearing, the last step that we will need is the final version of the drawings be
submitted on 24"x36" mylar. Be sure that all the revisions requested on this comment letter be integrated onto
that final mylar version.

Is the easement shown along the south property line an exclusive power easement or a general utility
easement? Site and Plat don't call them the some. Identify easement the some on both documents and
identify the type of easement correctly.
Department: Stormwater Utility Issue Contact: Wes Lamarque
Topic: Drainage

Please provide a drainage easement for Mail Creek up to the 100-year WSEL on the plat.

Please be aware that future elements (bike and pedestrian trails) of the Mason St. Transportation Corridor are
planned near this area. It is important to work closely with Kathleen Reavis from the Transportation Planning
Dept. during the preliminary engineering stage of the corridor's planning process.

The title given to the railroad line (Colorado & Southern) is incorrect. The company that runs the railroad line is
actually the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. Please correct label.
27
The current proposal shows parking on the east side of the site in the railroad easement. How will the parking.
be accessed? Will there be a driveway entrance from Harmony as part of the street improvements? If access
is allowed, please relocate the proposed trash enclosure to the other parking lot to improve circulation for
trash trucks..
