Troy, there was no conceptual. This two -lot sub is being triggered by the "change of use" from office to
flower shop. This is very similar to the subdivision we did for State Farm and Day Spa at the northwest
corner of Harmony and Timberline Roads. There are two buildings and both are existing (the other
building is a vet clinic). Applicants have worked with Matt Baker on dedicating the appropriate amount of
right-of-way for Matt's Street Oversizing Project to widen Harmony from the tracks to Seneca.
So, they are doing a two lot sub, a minor amendment, and Peter will probably allow the flower shop to
open with a T.C.O. now that they have applied for the sub.
