Tech Services 1 - All of the lines are able to be located. We assume that the comment relates to
the easement on the backs of Lots 9 through 11. This easement is not a constant width, "L61"
will place the south edge of the easement and L22 through L24 describe it. If there is still
confusion, please call Mike Oberiander to discuss (686-6939).
Tech Services 2 - Per Jim Hoff at the City, Doug Moore stated that it will be fine to leave the
erosion buffer off of the plat. It will remain on the site plan and can be constructed on.

80 — The front of patio home C has been updated to meet the garage door setbacks.
98 — The building colors have been included with this submittal.
Engineering:
86 - see notes on the plans related to the redline comments.
100 - The parking spaces in the cul-de-sac are now 19' deep.
101 - The plan has been revised to add handicap ramps as to avoid making any of the driveways
HC ramps. New ADA details have been added.
102 - Acknowledged.
104 - The county on the notary is now left blank.
103 - Cross slope calculations have been checked and are shown on the redlines. The slopes
have been increased slightly from 2.0%.
107 - The crown line is shown in the plans.
92 - Grading adjacent to the Lemay sidewalk has been revised.
Light and Power:
2 - Drives are shown on the plan. Per the Utility Coordination Meeting, several services were
moved closer to the centers of the lots to provide space for Gas and Power services.
3 - A utility coordination meeting was held on Friday, September 20, 2002.
Stormwater Utility:
105 - A large note has been added to the erosion control plan stating that all disturbed area will
be seeded and mulched. This was discussed with Bob Zackley at the City.
Zoning:
83 — The dimensions on the multi -family buildings has been enlarged to be more reable.
