The project is known as Eagle Cliffs Project Development Plan, File #22-02. This is a request to subdivide an existing 10.3-acre tract of land located at the southwest corner of Lemay Avenue and Southridge Greens Boulevard. The project includes 23 — single family patio homes and three - multi -family buildings, each containing six units for a total of 18. The property is zoned LMN — Low Density, Mixed Use Neighborhood District. If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from the City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given the opportunity to state your views about the project. The affected property owners list for this project was derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting, so all may have the opportunity to attend.
