The Fort Collins - Loveland Water District and the South Fort Collins Sanitation District have reviewed
the above mentioned annexation and submit the following comments.
The District is working with the engineer on the location of the lower reache of the sanitary sewer
line.
The District requires easements, on the District standard easement form, for all facilities that are
not locate within public ROW. The District requires, minimum, 30-foot wide easements for the
sanitary sewer lines. Trees are not allowed within the easement.
