Yes. That is Gary's intent. We (Engineering) are being asked to create the necessary easement(s) on
the PFA property, rather than requiring the developer to do that.
Thanks,
Cam

Cam,
Is this sidewalk to be placed in it's ultimate location since street oversizing will help pay for some of it? If
so we need a pedestrian access easement south of the ditch and the future right turn lane. Currently the
irrigation ditch runs to close to the edge of the sidewalk for it to be a safe condition. Therefore, I
recommend the sidewalk be placed in it's ultimate location at this time.
Dave.

Thanks Gary.
Dave, you will need to have Sheri (or someone) work with Wally and Real Estate Services to create the
necessary easement. I will copy this message to Ralph Campano as a "heads -up".
Christie, when Dev Rev tells you they are ready, will you please contact PFA for the necessary account
information for the $4500.
Thanks,
Cam

John Mulligan and Bob Poncelow have agreed to pay $4,500 for PFA's local share of the 7'
sidewalk along the south side of Harmony Road from Hogan to 360' west. This will relieve the
Dentist development from these offsite sidewalk improvements because Street Oversizing will pay
the oversized sidewalk in this 360'. 1 have left a message for Mr. Gallenstein.
Cam, please have Engineering staff get with Bob Poncelow for the PFA account for these funds
and work with him on the easements or rights -of -way issues for the sidewalk.
Happy Day to you all!!
