Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, February 12, 200X, at 4:30 p.m., at the office of the City of Fort Collins
Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, the Current Planning Director
will hold an administrative public hearing to consider a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is referred to as Comfort Dental, #19-02.
The Comfort Dental project consists of a 4,320 square foot building located on .66 acre.
The property fronts on the south side of Harmony Road and is located directly west of the
Poudre Fire Authority Station Number Five. The parcel is directly north of Fairway
Estates residential subdivision. (Please see map on reverse.)
The building is one-story in height. There will be 18 parking spaces. A provision for
future cross -access with the fire station property has been secured by an easement.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
