Please accept this letter as documentation that the Poudre Fire Authority Board of
Directors has considered a request to grant a pedestrian access easement across the north
side of the property at 4615 Hogan Drive. The Board agreed to grant this easement
pending successful negotiations with the applicant for the development (BINK'M
Company). At this time I do not foresee any problems with these negotiations and at this
time am awaiting a draft agreement from the applicant. If you have any questions, please
give me a call.
