Re: Pedestrian Access required by City of Fort Collins
Dear Ted:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that if BINK'M Company purchases the
property located at East Harmony Road (the "Property"), it is BINK'M's intent to
construct pedestrian access, including accessible ramp, from the east edge of the Property
to Hogan Drive as required by the City of Fort Collins. The pedestrian access shall be
constructed to the standards established by the City of Fort Collins. We understand that
the Poudre Fire Authority will grant us a pedestrian access easement across their property
to construct the pedestrian access. If you have any questions please give me a call.
