It is assumed that a concrete strip curb is proposed that will be flush with the asphalt to allow drainage to flow into the swale. Please clarify. CDOT will require data for the State Highway Access Permit needed for this project. 2. The ADT of the parking lot is needed to process the variance request for the parking setback from College. 3.
