Cluck-U Chicken
The Cluck.-U Chicken Shack on South College Averse is proposing to convert to a Waffle
House. Since there is no change of use (restaurant to restaurant], and the same facility
is generally being used, I am waiving the requirement for a Traffic Impact Study. Please
let me know if you have concerns or issues.
