HomeMy WebLinkAboutTHE LOFTS AT PARK CENTRAL - PDP - 28-02A - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGNo Text Commuj,.-.y Planning and Environmental -rvices Current Planning January 13, 2003 Citv of Fort Collins Dear Resident: On Tuesday, January 28, 2003, at 4:30 p.m., at the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, the Planning Director will conduct an administrative public hearing to consider a residential development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as The Lofts at Park Central P.D.P., #28-02A. The project consists of 21 multi -family dwelling units on 6.35 gross acres. Each unit would have two parking spaces per unit on the ground level and two living stories above. There would be additional surface parking as well. The project is located on the south side of East Prospect Road between the Park Central retail center and the Fort Collins Club. Joint access is planned to connect all three parcels. Since the neighborhood meeting of October 29, 2002, the project has been scaled back. Instead of 34 units divided among six buildings, there are now 21 units divided among four buildings. The two buildings closest to Prospect Road have been deleted. This area will remain a parking lot for Fort Collins Club. The four remaining buildings are all located south of the east -west internal private drive on 4.52 net acres. There will be no re -alignment of the Spring Creek Trail as originally proposed. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
