Re: Discount Tire Storm Drainage Easement
Dear Mr. Jones,
I am writing on behalf of the Fossil Creek Homeowners Association (FCHOA) in regards
to a proposed easement in Tract A of Fossil Creek Meadows, First Filing. This proposed
easement would allow the proposed Discount Tire development of Commercial Envelope B to
install a storm drainage outlet to'nearby Fossil Creek.
Stewart & Associates has again initiated discussions with the FCHOA for this easement.
However, we have yet to receive a valid legal description (we have draft versions from this past
winter) of the easement and have reissued a copy of our draft easement to them for review.
This letter serves as a "letter of intent" from the FCHOA that the FCHOA is open to
approving the easement and legal description on the condition that any requested changes from
Discount Tire or Stewart & Associates would not be significant in nature. Please contact us if
you have any questions regarding this letter of intent.
