If we were to plan around typical vacation schedules, we would not be able to conduct such meetings during June, July, August, or most of December. The Fort Collins Land Use Code does not give City staff the discretion to postpone the neighborhood meeting and public hearing based on typical vacation schedules. The applicant has the right to request the change of use of the house, and the Land Use Code spells out the timeframe within which that neighborhood meeting and public hearing must be processed. Our Land Use Code is online at http://www.fcciov.com/cityclerk/codes. phi). I'd be happy to put you in touch with the applicants and perhaps they could answer any questions you might have about what they are intending to do. The applicant's contact information is as follows: Ultimate Loving Care A Nonprofit Corporation C/O Dianne Heider RE/MAX First Associates 4703 Boardwalk Drive #A Fort Collins, CO 80525 (970)206-8221 1 hope this helps.
