Subject: Proposed elder house in Dakota Ridge
Dear Mr. Jones:
This is in response to your letter of July 1, 2002,
regarding the meetings to be held concerning the
property at 3107 San Luis Street. Since I own a home on
this street, I am very interested in what happens to
this property; however, my husband and I will be out of
town during the week of July 14 and will be unable to
attend either of the meetings. In addition, I
understand that many of our neighbors will be out of
town during that week as well. We, therefore, strongly
encourage you to please postpone the dates of the
meetings until a later time when more of the neighbors
will be able to attend. I would also be interested to
know the reason for scheduling the neighborhood
information meeting and the public hearing within only
four days of one another. Why the rush? Thank you for
your consideration.
