The Project Development Plan application known as the Ultimate Loving Care Assisted Living Facility that was
being proposed for 3107 San Luis Street has been withdrawn by the applicant. The applicant has indicated
that this site is no longer under consideration for this proposed use and they will seeking a different site
elsewhere.
